By accessing the Services, creating an account, registering for a program, purchasing a product or consulting session, submitting your information through any form, or opting in to receive communications from us, you confirm that:

- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Services.
If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice through the Services or via email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 02

Section 03
Account & Personal Access
Registration
Some Services require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
Personal, Non-Transferable Access
Your access and login details — whether paid, complimentary, or earned through a program — are for your individual, personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell, trade, transfer, lend, or share your access with any other person. You may not share replay links, downloaded files, or program materials with non-registered users.
Violation = Termination. Sharing your access or our content with non-registered users will result in immediate and permanent termination of your access without refund, plus any other remedies available to us at law or equity.
Technical Requirements
Any costs associated with accessing the Services (e.g., internet, hardware, software) are solely your responsibility. We are not responsible for technical issues arising from your equipment, internet service, or local network conditions.
Section 04
Payment & Refunds
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe and other third-party processors. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full purchase amount. You represent that you are legally authorized to use the payment method. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
Refunds Are Governed by Our Refund Policy
Refund eligibility varies by product or service type. Expert services (1:1 reviews, consultations, hot seats) are non-refundable once delivered. Digital products may be refundable within a limited window if not accessed. Multi-week programs and live events have specific refund windows based on timing. The complete terms are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Rescheduling One-on-One Sessions
For one-on-one consulting sessions that have not yet occurred, you may reschedule once at no charge if you request rescheduling at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session, and no-shows, forfeit the session without refund or credit.
Errors & Technical Issues
If you believe you were charged in error, or if you experience a genuine technical issue that prevented access to your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase. We will review each case individually and respond in good faith.
Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, particularly after accessing content, downloading materials, attending any live session, or receiving delivery of services, constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to (a) immediately terminate your access to all Services, (b) pursue collection of the disputed amount, (c) report the dispute to applicable fraud-prevention services, and (d) recover associated fees and reasonable attorneys' fees.
Section 05
SMS & Text Messaging Terms
Creative Guild Inc — primarily through its brand The Script Doctor — may offer SMS (text message) communications to users who explicitly opt in. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our intake or opt-in forms, you agree to the following:
Consent. You are providing express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from The Script Doctor (operated by Creative Guild Inc) at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You confirm that the mobile number you provide belongs to you and that you are authorized to receive text messages at that number.
Message Content
Messages may include consultation confirmations, session reminders, project and manuscript review status updates, program announcements, occasional educational content, and — where you have separately opted in to marketing — promotional offers from The Script Doctor and Creative Guild Inc.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. You may receive transactional messages tied to your sessions and bookings, and occasional promotional messages where you have opted in.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please check with your wireless carrier for details on your messaging plan.
HELP & Customer Support
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at [email protected]. We will respond with our contact information and assistance for any questions about the messaging program.
Opting Out
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message, after which you will not receive further messages. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "SMS Unsubscribe."
Re-Subscribing
If you have opted out, you may resubscribe at any time by replying START or by submitting a new opt-in through our website.
Privacy of SMS Data
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Supported Carriers & Changes
SMS service is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time without notice. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or via the most recent contact information you have provided.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access — without notice and without refund — for any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to violate these Terms or to be harmful to other users, our staff, or our mission.
Section 09
Third-Party Services & Partners
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, or services (e.g., payment processors, scheduling tools, email and SMS providers, video conferencing platforms, social media). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Some programs are operated in partnership with funding partners, sponsors, or institutional collaborators (such as the Newark Arts Council and Trilogy Wealth Partners). Partnership does not constitute endorsement of any partner's individual products or services beyond the specific program at issue.
Section 10
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
The creative industries are competitive and outcomes are influenced by many factors outside our control — including talent, market timing, networking, persistence, and luck. While we are committed to providing high-quality education, consulting, and mentorship, we make no guarantee that participation in any program or use of any Service will result in any specific outcome, including but not limited to: script sales, representation, employment, financial gain, festival selection, publication, awards, produced films, industry placement, contracts, or career advancement. Individual results vary.
Educational Disclaimer
All Services are provided for educational and professional-development purposes only. Nothing in our Services constitutes legal, financial, tax, agent representation, medical, or career advice. You should consult qualified professionals for those needs. You are responsible for applying the knowledge you receive and assume all risk related to your creative career and decisions.
User-to-User Interactions
We are not responsible for interactions between users of the Services, including in group programs, masterclasses, peer review settings, or community forums. You interact with other users at your own risk.
Section 11
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CREATIVE GUILD INC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, INSTRUCTORS, MENTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, LOST DATA, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Section 12
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creative Guild Inc, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, instructors, mentors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another person or entity; or (d) any content you submit through the Services.
Section 13
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, and without refund. Grounds for termination include (without limitation) violation of these Terms, unauthorized sharing of access, unauthorized distribution of content, chargebacks, harassment, or disruption of the Services.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, but any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
You may stop using the Services at any time. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of any Service except as provided in our Refund Policy.
Section 14
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Informal Resolution First
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, you and Creative Guild Inc agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
Section 15
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any program-specific terms presented at the point of registration or purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Creative Guild Inc regarding the Services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, internet or carrier outages, or pandemics.
